David Humann

Mr Humann joined Mincor Resources NL on 30 September 1999 as a Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Company. Mr Humann is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a fellow of the Institute of Certified Practising Accountants and also a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

He was Chairman and Senior Partner of Price Waterhouse (Hong Kong and China firm) from 1986 until 1995. He was also the Managing Partner of Price Waterhouse, Asia Pacific Region, and a member of the World Board of Price Waterhouse and of the global firm's World Executive Management Committee based in London and New York. He was formerly a member of the Australia and New Zealand Firm's Executive Policy Committee. Mr Humann is a member of the boards of a number of public and private companies.


David Moore
Deputy Chairman (Non-EXECUTIVE)

Mr Moore joined Mincor Resources NL on 1 October 1999 as its founding Managing Director and CEO. His previous experience includes 13 years with Shell/Billiton where he worked internationally in minerals exploration, business development and strategic planning. In 1996 he left a position as Billiton's Chief Geologist in Peru to join Iscor Australia Pty Ltd as director of business development, and through 1999 he conducted the transactions that led to the creation of Mincor Resources NL, becoming its Managing Director. Through 2000 and 2001 he managed the highly leveraged acquisition of the Kambalda assets that enabled Mincor to become one of Australia's leading nickel producers over the next 15 years. Also in 2000 Mr Moore founded Tethyan Copper Company Ltd, becoming its Managing Director and driving its development, listing and growth until its successful cash takeover by Antofagasta and Barrick in 2006.

Mr Moore retired from the position of Managing Director of Mincor in February 2016, to become the Company's non-executive Deputy Chairman.




Mr Muccilli is a geologist with over 25 years' experience.. He obtained a Geology Degree in 1991 from Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia. At Mincor, he has fulfilled various roles including Exploration Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer and was appointed Managing Director in November 2016.

Mr Muccilli has extensive experience in mining, project development and exploration in Australia. Previous roles were for Resolute/Samantha at the Higginsville/Chalice Gold Operations, for Herald Resources at the Three Mile Hill Operations in Coolgardie, and for Western Metals working at their lead/zinc mines in the Lennard Shelf of Western Australia.


John (Jack) Gardner
Non-executive Director

Mr Gardner is a Non-executive Director who joined the Company in February 1996. Mr Gardner graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1962 with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree and is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia. He has completed the Australian Administrative Staff College residential program. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Curtin University, Western Australia.

After holding directorships and senior management positions with Hawker Siddeley Engineering Pty Ltd, Comsteel Vickers/ANI, Minproc Engineers Pty Ltd and Broken Hills Metals NL between 1970 and 1990, he formed his own engineering consultancy. He has consulted on many gold and base metal projects both in Australia and overseas. Mr Gardner was chairman of Ghana Manganese Company from 1995 until 2000. From 1993 until 2006 he was actively involved in Canadian listed company, Guinor Gold Corporation where he was Chief Engineer, Mining Projects. Since 1996 he has developed and managed the 100,000 ounce per annum Lero gold Heap Leach Project and completed the LEFA Corridor project study and supervised the EPCM contractor constructing its 350,000 ounce per annum multiple open pit and CIP Plant project in remote Guinea, West Africa. Currently he is pursuing bauxite, uranium, copper and gold exploration projects in West Africa and Australia.




Mr Bohm joined Mincor Resources NL on 1 January 2017 as a Non-executive Director. Mr Bohm is a qualified mining professional with extensive corporate, project development and mine operations experience in Australia, South-East Asia, Africa, Chile, North America and Europe. A graduate of the Western Australian School of Mines, he has worked as a mining engineer, mine manager, study manager, project manager, project director and managing director. He has been directly involved in a number of new project developments in the gold, nickel and diamond sectors both in Australia and offshore.

Mr Bohm's experience includes previous directorships at Argyle Diamond Mines, Sally Malay Mining Limited (now Panoramic Resources) in Australia (ASX) and Ashton Mining of Canada (TSX). He is currently a Non-executive Director of gold producers Ramelius Resources Limited and Perseus Mining Limited and is the Non-executive Chair of Berkut Minerals Limited. Mr Bohm is a member of the Austarlian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).




Mr Lambert is a mining engineer and experienced company director who joined the Company as a Non-executive Director in January 2017. He has over 30 years' involvement in the Australian and international resources industry encompassing minig operations, project development, business development and corporate administration.

After graduating from the Western Australian School of Mines, Mr Lambert commenced his professional career with Western Mining Corporation at Kalgoorlie in 1983. He progressed to a senior management position with WMC before leaving to take responsibility for the development and operation of Herald Resources' Three Mile Hill gold mine at Coolgardie. Mr Lambert has since held senior roles with a number of junior and mid-tier resource companies, including more than 10 years at CEO/managing director level.

Mr Lambert has served as a director of companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, London's AIM market, the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
