Graham Fariss

Graham graduated as a civil engineer from the University of Western Australia in 1979 and added a Masters of Business Administration in 1989. He joined Mincor in May 2006 as General Manager, Corporate Development after having served as General Manager, Corporate Finance with related company, Tethyan Copper Company Limited, from December 2004. Graham previously held a number of senior finance and business development positions with Clough Limited over a 15-year period which commenced in 1990, and was a non-executive independent director of LinQ Capital Limited, the responsible entity for the LinQ Resources Fund, from 2005 to 2013. He has a diverse range of commercial experience across the resources, construction and engineering sectors gained over a 35-year period, including significant international exposure.



Chen is an accountant with 15 years' experience in public practice and company accounting. Her knowledge and skills are predominantly within the resources sector. Chen joined Mincor in March 2008 and has fulfilled various senior roles within the finance department. Chen graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Accounting degree and is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants. 


Robert Hartley
Projects Manager

Rob has over 20 years experience in the mining and exploration industry. He has held prior positions with Cyprus Gold, Arimco, Newcrest Mining and Iscor Australia. Rob has worked on projects in New Zealand, Fiji, Vanuatu, Soloman Islands and Proterozoic terrains of Australia. The latter 10 years have been as a development/project geologist involved in advanced feasibility study work and reserve estimates.


Paul Darcey
General Manager, Kambalda Operations

Paul has over 19 years' experience in the mining industry. He joined Mincor Operations in 2002 as Mine Surveyor at the Wannaway Mine, and previously held similar positions at Central Norseman Gold and Lawlers Gold Mine. After completing a Graduate Diploma in Mining at the Western Australian School of Mines in 2005, Paul has worked as production and planning engineer at both Miitel and Otter Juan mines. Since receiving a First Class Mine Managers Certificate in 2008, he has been appointed as Underground Mining Manager at Canilya Hill, Otter Juan and Mariners mines, and also held positions as Technical Services Manager and Operations Manager at Mincor's Kambalda operations.
