Chen is an accountant with 15 years' experience in public practice and company accounting. Her knowledge and skills are predominantly within the resources sector. Chen joined Mincor in March 2008 and has fulfilled various senior roles within the finance department. Chen graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Accounting degree and is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants. 



Dean is a mining engineer with more than 33 years' experience in the mining industry in Operations and Corporate roles with experience in exploration, feasibility, mine development and mining in nickel, gold, tin, coal, iron ore, copper, platinum group elements, base metals and diamond projects globally. Dean previously worked for Mincor between 2002 and 2011 during its previous period of successful nickel operations as Chief Mining Engineer before taking on a role as Executive (Operations) Director at Metals X Limited. Dean has also held senior global technical roles for Anglo Gold Ashanti and Anglo American and was more recently the Chief Operating Officer for Millennium Minerals. Dean holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) degree from the University of Ballarat and has an MBA through the St Mary's College of California.


Robert Hartley

Rob has over 35 years experience in the mining and exploration industry. He has held prior positions with Cyprus Gold, Arimco Mining, Newcrest Mining and Iscor Australia. Rob has worked on projects in New Zealand, Fiji, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Pakistan and Australia. The latter 20 years have been in various roles with Mincor from business development, chief mine geologist, feasibility manager and currently General Manager, Exploration.


Paul Darcey
General Manager, PROJECTS

Paul has over 19 years' experience in the mining industry. He joined Mincor Operations in 2002 as Mine Surveyor at the Wannaway Mine, and previously held similar positions at Central Norseman Gold and Lawlers Gold Mine. After completing a Graduate Diploma in Mining at the Western Australian School of Mines in 2005, Paul has worked as production and planning engineer at both Miitel and Otter Juan mines. Since receiving a First Class Mine Managers Certificate in 2008, he has been appointed as Underground Mining Manager at Carnilya Hill, Otter Juan and Mariners mines, and also held positions as Technical Services Manager and Operations Manager at Mincor's Kambalda operations.
